II. 4 minutes of video and audio tape each, with regard to golf.
III. Discuss the negative thoughts that go through your mind before each
A. Golf is a mental game?
B. This is a relaxation technique.
C. How to eliminate the negative thoughts.
1. What are your pressures?
2. Do you play better when you don't care?
D. How to replace the negative thoughts with positive ones.
E. Do you have a comfort zone that you are content with?
IV. Demonstrate the techniques.
V. You must track your progress for me by either:
A. Keeping the change in score for your usual game or;
B. On driving range with before & after scores (rate from 0-10)
VI. How many of you have a handicap under 11? Over 11?
VII. What is your comfort zone?
The workshop lasts about 2 hours.
